Product Delivery
The Seller (POKEJAP LTD) delivers purchased Products through specialized couriers, with standard service, from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Products shipped to Italy with tracked service are usually delivered within 2–5 business days from dispatch.

For other EU countries, average delivery times are 5–10 business days, unless otherwise specified.

For untracked standard shipments, delivery times may vary between 5 and 20 business days.
Delivery times are indicative and not essential. Any variations will be promptly communicated to the Customer by email.
Shipping Costs

Italy: BRT Courier → €5.00

Italy: BRT Fermopoint → €5.00

Europe (EU): DPD Courier → €8.00
Any changes to shipping costs will always be clearly communicated before the Order is confirmed.
Shipping may be free for orders exceeding specific thresholds, as indicated on the website.
Tracking and Goods Inspection
When the order is shipped, the Customer will receive an email with the tracking number to monitor the shipment on the courier’s website.
The Customer must check that the packaging is intact and that the Products correspond to the Order.
In case of damaged or incorrect Products, the Customer should accept the goods with reservation and provide photographic evidence during unpacking.
The Customer may request, via email or WhatsApp, the replacement of defective or incorrect Products. In such cases, the Seller will ship the correct item and, if necessary, arrange collection of the faulty one at its own expense.
Delays, Stock, and Lost Products
In the event of delays, stock issues, lost packages, or transport errors, the Customer will not incur additional costs. The Seller will cooperate with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, eventually issuing a refund or reshipping the Product.
